With many people working remotely and working from places nowhere near their home base, makes the process even easier. Our weekly team meetings and all the tech tools make you feel connected to the organization. You will meet eXp agents all over the country. So whether you are in Texas, AZ, NV or other, we can be a resource for you.

Do you have a mentorship program?

Yes. All new agents are required to join our eXp mentorship program which hand holds you through your first 3 deals. The mentor is paid via a portion of commission. We can discuss details.

How does marketing work with eXp?

eXp enterprise has an entire marketing platform that you get access to. If you don't like the branding and want your own colors and brand, you can do so and focus on your brand and colors and not eXp's. Listings presentations, postcards, flyers, branding materials and more are all online and accessible 24/7 for you, your assistant and team members.   If you are on the BREG team, we have a team Canva account that has all of our materials, branding, templates and more. You will have access to all our template designs for business cards, flyers, postcards, listing materials, social media templates and more. Once you are with the team for 1 year this is free. For the first year it is $72.   We also have a team VA (Virtual Assistant) that can help design your marketing materials. They are available to team agents at  $8/hour. (Cheap).

How do offices work with eXp?

Yes and No. eXp is a virtual brokerage. We do have an office in La Jolla - San Diego. However we also have Regus office spaces all over the country and you have FREE access to these facilities anytime you need them in your hometown. Click here to learn more. https://expcloud.com/regus-office-locations/   Having said that, most agents have a home office and then they are out and about in coffee shops, meeting places and network events to meet people. You don't earn money sitting behind a desk.

How to I sign up?

Step 1: is to fill out this form https://www.bregteam.com/signup   Step 2: is to fill out the eXp form to begin the sign up concierge https://justinbrennan.exprealty.careers   Step 3: You will begin to get a host of emails with links and information. Take the time to read through them all and follow the instructions. It will take 7-14 days to move over your license, get materials in place, get MLS set up and access to all the cool eXp tech tools.

What are the eXp commission splits?

eXp has a really simple commission system. It is a cap based system. 80/20 split until eXp is paid $16,000 and then you go to 100% split. For example: In San Diego it is about 4 sales with an $800,000 home price.   $800,000 x2.5% = $20,000 20% = $4,000 to eXp $16,000 to agent.  x4 sales - $16,000 to eXp Then agent is 100% split.

Do I have to join the BREG team?

No. You do not need to join the team. We have many agents who are more seasoned who bring their entire teams over to eXp and join. The BREG sponsors them into eXp, but they are in full control of their team, brand, logos, etc.

Yes. We have several training opportunities. eXp is a virtual brokerage with its own Metaverse. There are daily trainings inside the Metaverse. There are on demand trainings inside your KVcore CRM system. We have team weekly zoom meetings. If you are in San Diego we have our weekly office meetings in La Jolla. We also have the FB groups, weekly LIVE podcasts, FB workplace marketplace and more.

When you join under BREG, you get access to Justin Brennan and the other agents and students learning the same thing. Justin holds weekly zoom calls to be a resource for agents learning to grow their real estate business and investment business.

You get access to KVcore which is an amazing all in one platform that connects your phone, contacts, leads and database to one platform for seamless follow up and management. You will get your own website and access to an entire marketplace of lead generation tools, some free, some paid. But you will have them.
